In the unfiltered pages of my story, I get where you're coming from. Raised amid my parents' harsh divorce, I clung to academic excellence as my lifeline. Later, compulsively climbing the corporate ladder brought success, but not the fulfillment I craved. Beneath the facade of a strong woman, moving swiftly from one achievement to another, I grappled with anxiety, insomnia, relentless self-judgment, and an overwhelming sense of never being good enough, which was reflected in my inability to develop relationships that made me feel secure and fulfilled.

I now call myself lucky for having developed bulimia and chronic anxiety in my twenties. This made me start a profoundly transformative personal journey, on a quest to learn how our minds and emotions work and how they interact with our bodies. Over the years, I have invested time and money in delving into several disciplines, from mindfulness and yoga to psychology, Gestalt art therapy, neuroscience, and psychosomatic methods.

My journey is my battle scar—shedding perfectionism, embracing vulnerability, building genuine connections, and learning how to fuel my drive with enjoyment and self-love instead of fear of failure. The transformation not only enhanced my personal life but also positively impacted my career, fostering well-being and professional success.
